March 25, 2024 - Way too young, gone too quick, no detailed notes. Benefitted from a little bit of a chill and a lot of air, probably best in 1-2 years.

January 9, 2024 - For some reason, my thought was that this would be a sweet-fruited glou-glou type wine. However, this is a bit more serious than I had anticipated, with plenty of structure and nuance. Better with a slight chill, and needs a bit of air to really open up. I'll be interested in revisiting this in a year or so.

December 9, 2023 - Quite dry! Floral notes, plus cherry, cola, and violet. Light bitterness on finish.
