On the nose it stands out for notes of roasted apple, Provencal herbs or chamomile infusion. Interesting combination. In the mouth, however, showed citric acidity in addition to refreshing is indigestible and uncomfortable on the medium palate. Mineral scarcity at the aftertaste.
Por copas. Un monovarietal de godello con DO Ribeiro que pasa 18 meses sobre sus lías. En nariz destaca por sus notas de manzana asada, hierbas provenzales o infusión de manzanilla. Interesante combinación. En boca, en cambio, la acidez cítrica además de refrescar resulta indigesta y resulta incómoda en el paladar medio.
