March 20, 2023 - 整体有着比较饱满开放的香气，酵母带来的类似蛋糕和瑞士卷的味道颇重，但没有盖住果味，反而包裹着它们，带着成熟的青苹果、青柠和柚子之类的柑橘，轻微的白花，显得细致，扎实而不乏细节，中后段还有轻微烘烤、香料和轻微氧化带来的焦糖味。口感也是走扎实路线的，果味饱满而富有质感，带着轻微甜，略微的氧化使苹果之类的果味增加了些许成熟的调调，饱满之余，些许柠檬，在口腔中还有冲刷的清冽感，后段的咸香矿物感和酵母味将整体拉长。93/100
