May 17, 2024 - Pale watery gold. Distant lime zest, talc, wan, nose is very subdued. Lime oil emerges from the mist. Taste is similar, very distant lime zest, watery and fine acidity acidity builds but doesn't overwhelm . This feels like it is barely formed but has the structure to go far. Tannins and piquey lime oil emerges. Interesting one for the acid hounds at this stage. Will buy a couple more to lay down.
Day 2, acidity has toned and this has a more honeyed note back by a firm structure. Improved and seems very good. Still think the structure of this has potential to improve with age. Moving up to 91.
