January 4, 2024 - Resto la guingette du 1ier mets à Annecy for lunch. Rather excellent food from the chef who used to work at contresens and Clos du sens. Medium golden color. Very floral nose, grass, roasted apple, dried raisins, citrus, orange. Med acidity, med body, med alcohol, med flavor intensity, med finish. Nice ample and ripe fruit, cream, citrus, balanced acidity and salinity. Really enjoyable and great QPR even in the resto here.
