February 5, 2024 - Very nice. Sardinia. Ripe, dark berry and rose aroma. Medium body. Loads of tannins, not to the extent last noted. Calls for a mushroom pizza with grated Romano.
November 30, 2023 - Tannins out the wazoo. I like it! Light-medium body, low acid. And the tannins, my God, the tannins. The aroma has a hint of something. Old Spice, I think. The color of cranberry jelly. Exceeds my expectations. -

December 6, 2023 - Ripe strawberry, red cherry, dried strawberry, potpourri, and a little asphalt. Pleasant light VA and Brett. Medium ruby with a garnet tint. Hazy. High tannin. M+ body overall, but a lighter weight on the palate. Rustic and enjoyable, and would benefit from just a bit more complexity.
