May 28, 2010 - An okay barolo. It didn't have the floral component I love with barolo. Mainly cherry compote with a fair amount of tannin but not overwhelming or drying. Unfortunately, I have no feeling for how this will develop. Paired nicely with pasta with sausage, mushrooms and spinach.
