April 27, 2024 - Coconut, vanilla, dill and blackberry aromas. Palate is relatively lean with raisin notes and slightly elevated acid. Doesn't have the mouthcoating texture or length of the 2018 vintage. Needs another 5 years at least to flesh out.

January 28, 2024 - Tasted BTG at a restaurant.
Strong dark fruits, floral, and earth on the nose. Full body mouthfeel with dark fruits, tobacco, a hint of spice, and well-integrated oak. Finish is medium long with mild tannins. Very nice, well integrated but complex wine. -

December 28, 2023 - Typical rioja on the nose, dark fruits, rhubarb, floral.
Full bodied mouth feel with medium acid and medium engrained tannins. Dark fruits compote on initial swig that feels eventually mixed with oak and seamlessly transitions to coffee, cacao and long finish.1 person found this helpful Comment -
