  January 21, 2024 - Delicate white flowers, assorted stone fruits such as Yuzu, quince, fresh peach, chalky minerals, a bit of honey and lightly roastes nuts undertone. Very slightly residual sugar back by piercing acidity. Light to medium body with noticeable lip-glossing texture. Finishing precise with lingering lime and Yuzu zest bitter sweet sourness. Delightful. 13% abv.

  December 19, 2023 - Completely different from the energetic and lifted 2021. Much riper in style and much more textural than the previous vintage, smells and feels like a ripe peach (skin), delicately spicy, supple and flowing, good but not great length. Lovely stuff, clearly the product of very sensitive wine making.
