October 14, 2023 - I had never quite drank a wine like this. Dried cranberries and blackberries stew with clove, coffee grounds, leather and wet leaves. Menthol and eucalyptus keep the palate fresh. The tannins have softened, but aren't fine, like a well-worn cotton t-shirt.
I don't know if I'd call this a great wine, but it certainly was fun experience.
