January 1, 2024 - A: deep gold
N: explosion of pineapple, lychee, jasmine, acacia, blood orange, ripe apricot, cream, honey
P: off-dry (maybe some late harvest), med (+) acidity, full body, 14.5% ABV, med (+) waxy texture
C: outstanding = balanced ripe, rich fruit and acidity, pronounced intensity, pronounced complexity, med (+) concentration, long finish. Fantastic wine - the only nitpick - and it is just that - is a little more acidity to perfectly balance the ripe, exuberant fruit. Big, delicious, powerful white wine. Hold for at least 3-5 years and then enjoy for the next 10+ years.
