January 1, 2020 - Direkt en aprikosattack, med saffran i andra linjen. Lussebulledeg i kubik
Dag tre - mer ”kompakt” i doften och balanserad saffransbas. Bakade lussekatter.
Smaken ger direkt vid kork gula inkokta saffransplommon och aprikoser
Tre dagar senare är den mer smörig, söt, gula-plommon-dränkta toner. Kryddig från chili och beska från kanderade grapefruktskal. Inslag av lime aprikos och banan
Lite tunn i avslutet tycker jag.
Habil Sauternes! 88 poäng med en bra framtid för den som vill låta bli flaskorna 10-20 år. -

January 28, 2016 - Blommig doft av nötter, marsipan, saffran och knäck. Smak av marsipan, honung, vanilj, inlagda päron, knäck och mineral. Medelfyllig och medellång eftersmak.

February 3, 2015 - Honey, dried apricot on the nose. Rich and unctuous, with a nutty note alongside the burnt sugar, honeysuckle, and golden raisin. Finishes with nice acid, and a bit of a nutty aftertaste. Nicely balanced, not too cloying or sweet.
