Community Tasting Notes 1

September 17, 2007 - Drank this lovely bottle at a dinner with the Williams and the Levys at Alma on Sept. 17, 2007. Paired with buffalo carpaccio as a starter and scallops as a main dish, and the Burgundy was the star of the evening. Stu Williams remarked, "This is a wine to that stops you and make you takes notice." Warm, smooth and mature--this was a wine worth waiting 15 years to drink.
