January 27, 2024 - Unlike the Tolone I tried, the Chardonnay is showing a good balance of varietal character and natural winemaking. The fruit was rather indistinct so I couldn't call it great but it was enjoyable to drink.

January 4, 2024 - Curiosity got the better of me and opened one. Quite complex and delightful. Not everyones cup of tea but I thoroughly enjoyed it. Cloudiness dissipated with a decent chill. Drank at 12 degrees.
