    Light gold colour.

    Pronounced aromas of yellow apple, pear, lemon, apple strudel, brioche, hazelnut, wet stone, beeswax, white flowers.

    Pronounced palate.

    Light body, medium (+) acidity, delicate mouse, long finish.

    March 20, 2024 - Aromatic, mature apple, mushroom, earth, bread dough, and toasted cashew nose. Very dry, extra-brutish palate; firm, complex, minerally finish.
