December 16, 2023 - Still drinking well, although my expectation is nearing the end of the drinking window. Was excellent paired with a reverse seared prime ribeye steak. This was my last bottle and have enjoyed them all!

August 7, 2022 - Had with boneless leg of lamb and smashed baby potatos.
Decanted 2 hours.
Good aged syrah. Balanced, smooth resolved tannin, dark fruit, some spice. Nonhard edges, still enough acid to keep it fresh. Still has years left to it. Nice after dinner without food as well.
Had along side with 2007 puntido gran reserva rioja. Both were enjoyable with the lamb. I think I preferred this syrah with dinner as it has a bit more fruit/acid than the Puntido. Both were good and both good pairing with the lamb. -

December 19, 2020 - Robe bourgogne ambrée. Décanté 2-3h. Sur le fruit noir, épice, chocolat, barrique et café. Peu astringent et facile à boire. Sans être mauvais, il n’a pas la structure d’un grand vin. Ce vin m’a beaucoup déçu pour son prix. Peut-être sur une pente descendante.
