December 12, 2020 - Just as winot said in 2012. Stunning success and another vindication for cellaring

January 19, 2012 - Simply outstanding; balance in a glass. Medium pale yellow, intense nose of Granny Smiths, Kaffir limes, Meyer lemons, candied citrus slices, all overlaid with a faint accent of kerosene - lemon drop on the palate, the balance between the slight sweetness and the acidity is sublime - nice minerality, and finishes dry and long - hard to ask for more from a Kabinett, this is a real beauty, drinking perfectly but seemingly ageless.
