March 11, 2024 - DEf taste the structure throughout. Black fruits with some red fruits. Tannins are aggressive isn’t beggining but kind of mellow out after about 7 seconds. Good acuity. This wine is ready if u are having with food. If not give it air or some bottle age. I feel like I did something. Wrong with this bottle. Definitely was exposed to some air for a short period of time It’s just not in harmony. It’s somewhat aggressive, tannic, dark fruit driven , it’s just not as pleasant to drink at the moment as I would’ve thought considering the price point. All in all. I say don’t open this for at least 3 years. Give it time to integrate an I’m sure u will enjoy it more than drinking it immediately
