  November 13, 2023 - Good purity on the nose, some tropical hints – pineapple with more ginger and soft spices, a chalky and stony mineral feel.
  
  Rich attack with sparkling acidity, very good clarity and a tonic-like edge. Great mineral grip, the palate grows in weight and a ripe character. Excellent. “small rare and original, like a Campbeltown whisky”.

  November 7, 2023 - Grand Jury du Vin - Republic of Georgia; 11/1/2023-11/9/2023 (Republic of Georgia then stopover in Paris and Dijon): Barrel Sample - Rich expressive nose displaying concentrated opulent white fruit, pear, apple, apple candy, honeysuckle, vanilla, white flowers, and limestone. Excellent concentration, layers upon layers of rich white fruit, oily and opulent, perfect amount of acidity and fine mineral, and a long concentrated rich white fruit driven floral finish. This is a big serious wine. Cleary richer and bigger than the Bouches-Chères.

  November 3, 2023 - Le nom gouttes d'or vient d'un endroit très caillouteux qui luisent sur le coteau... Nez Beuré et fumé... Très bel equilibre, loads of mineral, citrus, beau mineral qui se dépose, lenght 30 sec.
