November 13, 2023 - Generous nose, golden with some honey, a ripe fruit character and buttery too but not explosive… kind of mellow.
Bright attack and frame, excellent intensity and tartaric bite. Fine texture, really quite deft, nicely balanced and vinous. This has weight and oomph but it is so well balanced, lots of flavour and complexity of flavour too. Super. -

November 7, 2023 - Grand Jury du Vin - Republic of Georgia; 11/1/2023-11/9/2023 (Republic of Georgia then stopover in Paris and Dijon): Barrel sample - 15% new oak, from 60 to 100 years old vines. Expressive nose displaying pure white fruit, apple, pear, honey, marzipan, a hint of mint, spicy spices and limestone. Very good concentration, finely layered pure white fruit, good balance and detail, bright acidity, fine limestone mineral, and a long pure white fruit driven finish.
