February 14, 2024 - Vinklubben Dionysos 2024; 1/1/2024-12/31/2024: Lys strågul med grønnskjær. Middels intens, stram lukt av grønne epler (glassepler), lime og et hint av pære. Med høyere temperatur og godt med luft kommer et snev av karamell og sitrondrops. Ganske knytt nå, stram, syrlig og konsentrert med rent, mineralsk preg særlig av grønne epler. Utvikler seg positivt over tid i glasset og blir ganske "svær" og rik, og tar godt tak i kinnene. Ungdommelig nå og trenger mer tid. 91 p med potensial for et par til.
