  November 4, 2010 - Decanted for 30 minutes. Nice deep color. Dark fruits with earthiness. This was a perfect match for pork roast with mushroom sauce. The wine complemented the pork and mushrooms perfectly.

  Very soft raspberry fruit with some animal and game. Interesting. Much better after being open an hour. A bit hot. Not incredibly "well put together" for a $40 wine. The finish is a touch short and hot at this point. Ready and in its prime I would say.
