March 13, 2008 - Decanted an hour and consumed without food. More impressive than my last bottle but still struggled to open up. Even the last glass (2 1/2+ hours decanting time) seemed like it had yet to fully open. Earthy tones were present in this bottle as well as the dark fruit again. Will probably give the bottle another try as it is an easy drinking cab with a unique taste that I cant quite place.

February 14, 2008 - Did not decant. Earthy tones with muddled dark fruit flavors. Easy to drink. More appealing on the second night. Will try again with time to decant.
