February 1, 2024 - Barrel sample but the best of 6 white wines at a tasting of 13 Jadot wines.
This was rich and dense underpinned by good acidity. Great intensity: a true Grand Cru. -

January 29, 2024 - 2022 Jadot Primeur Barrel Tasting (Marcel's Restaurant, Washington D.C.): Expressive nose displaying concentrated yellow citrus fruit, lemon curd, a hint of pineapple, coconut, sweet spices and steely mineral. Very good concentration, layers upon layers of generous sweet yellow fruit, rich and concentrated but also showing a good balance, medium acidity, steely mineral, and a long ripe yellow citrus fruit driven finish. This is a well made Corton Charlemagne but slightly lacks the energy and excitement.
