November 19, 2023 - No detailed notes taken. Expressive toasty nose, some popcorn, some citrus. On the palate superb, round, expressive and intense. Popcorn, toasted sesame, citrus, fresh orchard. Perfect acidity, round, the right amount of creaminess. Not super complex but so charming and easy to drink. 94/95pts.

November 11, 2023 - Tasted at a restaurant in Meursault. Fine notes of candle stick, pear fruit and fresh vegetal notes of green bell pepper. Complementary notes of dried flower and just hints of toasty aging notes. Super crisp acidity and still some cream on the palate. Probably at its peak, no need to age further.

November 30, 2019 - Fantastic, classic, a hint of melon, honey and ripe citrus, combined with gentle wood and vanilla in the bouquet, in the mouth the sweeter elements changed into a smooth and persisting taste becoming dryer in the long finish with almonds and soft bitters. Nowadays lots of Meursaults are quite similar to the wines of Puligny, but this one is really old-fashioned.

August 4, 2018 - Bright and still pale for 13 years. Silky touch, rich, long. Classy Meursault displaying wide array of nice tertiary aromas on the palate (nose is silent though).

September 24, 2017 - The wine looks silver colored.
It smells like mineral, nuts, white fruits.

The body is medium/full. The wine finishes long.

    Excellent wine
