April 26, 2024 - Pnp. Pours pale canary yellow. Very clean and clear. Golden delicious apple, lanolin amd yellow plum on the nose. Maybe a touch of unripe apricot as well. Off dry, clean fruit, good acidity and no apparent alcohol or oak present. No spritz either. More golden delicious apple (almost like a hard cider), yellow plum a touch of lanolin and a bit of green herbs on the palate. Finishes clean, freah and yellowy fleshy fruity. Nice indeed!

September 6, 2023 - A Vinho Verde with a little extra pep in its step. This offering from Covela has that earthy, saline, wet shale on the lips. Quite golden color. Wide variety of the white fruits like grapefruit, pineapple, peach, and tart apple. Some rustic minerality. Well balanced civilized acid. Even some sassafras leaf. Solid and complete.
