November 20, 2023 - Tasted for the second time and it was confirming; a fresh gentle bouquet with some red fruit. a ripe acidity that supports well the midtaste. At day two the aftertaste was a bit more developed, showing more purity and the citrus was more pronounced and, to finish where I had to start with, a good mousse.
