September 18, 2021 - The wine benefitted from a three hour decant. This bottle not a patch on one 10 years ago. It was drinkable & retains some substance but enjoyed more for the experience (shared with mates) than as a wine.

December 30, 2010 - Rosehip colour; spiced, low keyed, refined; elegant, loads of vigour. Perfect pitch now, this will continue to drink well for a further 10 years. Finishes splendidly, extended length. Bags of character, this held up well 36 hours after decanting.
