December 10, 2023 - This was an interesting wine. The nose started with the scent of a fireplace, black licorice and then evolved into a chocolate earthy nose. Same for the palate, this wine changed over the hour was had it open. Always on the softer side, but the notes of cherry, flint, and strawberry.
