  February 22, 2012 - Ruby in color, just starting to brick! Dust, cherry, leather, a little heat on the nose! Leather, dark fruit and the dusty carries through on the palate. Great structure with firm tannins!

  October 27, 2010 - Dense with a distinct garnet color. The bouquet gives aromas of stewed dark fruits or fruitcake, with underlying spice. A little closed on the front palate with initial flavors of plums, blueberry, and black pepper. A little bit lithe through the middle adding slight flavors of mint. Finishing with smooth tannins that are just a tiny bit grippy. Abrupt finish. Has some nice elements, but not a complete package.

  July 14, 2010 - A very pleasant merlot. Not overpowering. Very drinkable today.
