December 30, 2023 - Drank at Amada, AC $56 on wine list, light, 11% abv, bone dry with light fizz, drank very easily with Spanish tapas -potatoes, octopus, tuna dip, roast pork with white bean purée and flatbread with artichoke and mushrooms and Manchego cheese, great accompaniment with food especially with of the garlic in the dishes as the food brought out the mineral and saline flavors, would drink again.
