    November 13, 2023 - An immediate sense of tension, more lime than lemon citrus, herby again, with some flint reduction.

    Tense attack but opens to something quite broad and rich but poised – like it’s readying itself for something. Scale without the density, remaining voluminous throughout. Sort of creamy, pocketed richness, ripe and fine with a salty tang.
    Will upscore, I expect.
