March 14, 2022 - Very good bottle of this. Wild strawberries, herbs, tobacco reed and spice. Medium bodied, nicely balanced. Holding up well.

December 2, 2019 - Another excellent bottle of this. Decanted for two hours this time. Notes consistent with before but extra decanting brought with it more nuance. This wine still has a way to go and can probably age for another decade at least

November 15, 2018 - Another great bottle of this wine. Pretty nose of red cherries, autumn leaves and tobacco. The palate is delicate, medium bodied, silky with most of the tannins fully resolved. Flavors of bing cherry, tobacco, earth and spice resonate into a wine that seems like it can continue to age for another ten years.

March 18, 2018 - Needs about 30 minutes of decanting As initially its quite tannic. After a while, it integrates into a pretty old rioja. Cherries, watermelon, mushrooms, earth. Pretty nose, decent balance, just has a limit to depth and persistency.
