April 24, 2021 - Enjoyable but definitely at the end of its life. Was expecting a bit more. With this caliber of wine, I was surprised at the lack of structure/backbone. The '06 Marcassin Vyd showed better.

February 12, 2020 - Served blind. Buttery, showing it's age well, clearly of good quality. Guessed higher end Cali Chard. Most of us liked it, even if it wasn't in our wheel house. One taster disliked it.

February 11, 2020 - Buttered popcorn on the nose. Very soft on the palate, Rich, Some acid still present...still alive, but on the downslope for me.

December 11, 2019 - Spectacular. In a really tremendous spot right now. Wish I had more of this. Wow. (Though the person who brought the bottle did say that he opened another recently that wasn't showing nearly as well, so...)

March 17, 2018 - Honestly I don't remember too much about the character of this wine. I do remember this being a wine with decent balance. Definitely drinking well, but overshadowed by the CIX and Peter Michael (both of which were years more youthful). Still quite enjoyable.
