February 10, 2017 - I didn't know what to expect at this point but it worked nicely with grilled fish. It is definitely PN, decent nose, smooth on the palate, modest finish. If you have bottles left, now is the time.

August 4, 2011 - Dont get the high price here at 37$ CAN - light to medium bodied pinot - has rusty red color in glass with light acid and tannin - some sour cherry/berry quality. Not overly complex. Solid, but not quite worth the QPR.

August 21, 2010 - Great clear ruby color in the glass with a bit of rim variation showing an orangey hue. Great nose of strawberries, bubblegum, some brett and tea leaf. Very light bodied Pinot on account of the carbonic maceration but the flavors are fully fleshed out and the wine is in balance. Nice acidity and some well resolved tannins. The fact that many people do not like this wine or consider it to be too light or thin points out how dramatically we've been condition to believe that Pinots should all be fruit bomby, intensely colored wines. I can see how many people who are used to overextracted, overoak Pinots that have been spiked with Petite Sirah would not like this, but that's what we call frame error, and it's a shame.

July 31, 2010 - Very light bodied. Opens up a little after 15 minutes or so. One dimensional fruit is nice enough, buy hardly justifies the price. Little complexity.

May 30, 2010 - This one is really outside of my usual Spanish/Aussie/Southern Rhone style, but boy is it beautiful. Candied cherry is powerful on the nose with a gorgeous caramelized quality. This wine is light, and needs to go with foods that are lighter than I usually eat with the full-bodied whites I like. Tilapia in an light orange-scented sauce is perfect.
