March 26, 2010 - Really liked this wine. Well integrated. Even had some licorice on the nose.

June 28, 2009 - Very very good. Fruit forward, medium bodied relatively smooth tannins, and overall well balanced wine. More in my wife's flavor wheelhouse than mine. Lots of cherry and ripe blueberry with a little spice behind. A fun easy drinker, pop it soon and just enjoy.

December 23, 2008 - A very nice wine, but not as full bodied as other T-Vine offerings or previously tasted grenache from this winery. Lithe and supple, with a surprisingly light color and nice clarity. Not an big nose, with dark cherry and a hint of spice. Medium-bodied, with a pleasant balance of acidity and the restrained tannins. Unlike the previous taster, I think that for approximately $30 that there are far better values available. Still, I very much enjoy almost everything from T-Vine I drink.

November 10, 2008 - T-Vine and wine maker Greg Brown have produced another just amazingly good wine in this grenache. Initially enjoyed over beef crock pot dinner with Kim and then finished off while playing pool with good friend neighborbill. Very big, bold, fruity, heavily sedimented and surprisingly smooth in the usual Greg Brown style with a pleasant lingering aftertaste and palate. Nose as big and bold as the taste with flavors of blackberry, vanilla and tar. Primary flavors of dark stone fruit, vanilla, allspice, dark cherry, granite and some smoke developing on palate. Highly recommend this even though it is highly allocated and hard to come by, probably our favorite American grenache, and at this price point a very good QPR.
