March 19, 2024 - Mosaïque en Côte de Beaune - Grands Jours de Bourgogne (Palais des Congrès - Beaune): Walkaround tasting with producers. Bright and ripe apple and pear in good juxtaposition giving us fat and lean working well in harmony. The ripeness makes this seems so approachable, but I like the upside potential here, 91-92 points.
