January 29, 2024 - 2022 Jadot Primeur Barrel Tasting (Marcel's Restaurant, Washington D.C.): Medium expressive nose displaying ripe white fruit, pear, apple, white flowers, a hint of butterscotch and limestone. Very good concentration, ripe white fruit, warm and round, medium acidity, good limestone mineral, a medium long ripe white fruit driven mineral finish. The mid-palate is a bit hollow. Well made but a bit straightforward.
