April 21, 2024 - Good fill level and cork in decent shape. Still a little bit of fruit left, feels clean and elegant. Quite drinkable but not an earthshattering experience.

En utvecklad balans och komplexitet hos ett vin som annars är väldigt rakt och direkt. Efter lite luftning övergår torkade körsbär i krut och krita i en återhållsamhet och kontroll som imponerar. Här finns fortfarande tanniner, men de är diskreta väl avvägda. -

August 19, 2023 - Medium garnet in the glass and out of the decanter with a 1/16” orange rim.
Aromas are intense with wild strawberry, dried violet, and stewed cherry. Cedar and leather are there, but behind the fruit.
Mouthfeel is dry, medium bodied, with medium plus acidity and soft, medium tannin. At 12.5% ABV and 42 years, this one delivers on fruit while maintaining a secondary note balance.
The flavors maintain the stewed red cherry and tart strawberry notes found in the nose, and leave you with a long, 60 second finish. -

June 4, 2023 - Was not impressed. Came out with sulfur and wet moss (which was expected) but never improved over time. Kind of sorta opened in the glass after 55 minutes with continual fresh air and swirl but never came to pass like it's earlier brother the 80 or even 82.
