Community Tasting Notes 2

March 11, 2012 - Needs about 10 years but it was pretty tasty now after three hours in a decanter, concentrated anise.

January 26, 2009 - Great nose from the start, violets and Licorice, etc...but extremely tight on the palate, decanted for 2 hours and it began to unravel and get pretty silky and sexy. It seems to be in a dumb phase at the moment, could emerge in a few years to be incredible, no worries of oxidation or falling apart, but it will be interesting to see how it emerges.
