April 26, 2024 - Vibrant New World chardonnay -- more acid than most. Very balanced and enjoyable. Definitely more oak than most Old Worlds, but less than most New.
Great pairing with red snapper sauteed, with aged soy, ginger scallions in a garlic chive dumpling soup.
