October 21, 2023 - 40th anniversary tasting (L'Esprit du Vin - Axelborg): My notes from this fantastic gigantic tasting are in general extremely short (because of the many wines) but with ratings. We spent a whole day tasting and tasting quality wines.
This wine: SSA (i.e. the natural wine version of the same cuvee) tasted against the traditional cuvee. SSA is as expected for natural wine based on my exerience - and in contradiction to the traditional cuvee - fruit-juice-like. The traditional is more savoury. I rated both 91+ even though they are so different.
