  March 23, 2024 - Spring Break in Napa -- Who Needs Cancun?; 3/22/2024-4/27/2024 (Oakville, St. Helena, Calistoga): Tasted alongside kinsman Aisana and Phifer Pavitt date night. Of the three, Fidelio was leaps and bounds ahead in terms of vigor and verve, boasting acidity and strong fruit aroma. Notes of honeydew and lychee dominated the profile very much in keeping with Benoit Touquette’s reputation of big, bold, fruit centric wines.
  
  This wine seems like it’d be best complimented by a sweltering summer pool day. Maybe it was just the strength of the nose and top notes, but it couldn’t compete with the Aisana in terms of complexity and depth, though that’s hardly a knock on the Fidelio. Still showed great expertise in terms of the balance to the raw energy present, making it an easy drink. 94-95
