palate: old apple, almond, brioche,
푹 익은 사과의 향, 굽는 빵 향. 파이퍼 하이직 특유의 고소한 맛이 훨씬 더 강하고 좋다. 끝에 약간의 자몽과 복숭아 향도 뒤따른다. 매우 만족한 샴페인!
다만 버블의 지속력이 조금 약한 듯하다. -

April 1, 2024 - A lovely, consistent vintage champagne that does not disappoint. The bubbles and fence is lovely of green apples and Meyer lemon palate with balanced fruit and acidity.
