December 30, 2016 - Very complex and interesting up to a point...lots of flavors of exotic fruits and nice texture and mouth feel. Somewhat short on the finish and there seemed to be something chemical in the mid palate I could not quite put my finger on. All in all a solid enjoyable wine.

February 18, 2012 - Light and flowery nose. It had a curious mango/pine flavor along with a little apple and lemon on the aftertaste. Enjoyable but lacking depth.

June 25, 2011 - A light golden yellow color. Beeswax, apple, pear, lemon zest, and minerals on the nose. Medium body with very nice acidity. If tasted blind, other than the beeswax element, I would have guessed CA Sauvignon Blanc. Crisp and clean on the palate. Nice finish with apple and lemon carrying the majority of the load. This was very nice and potentially could last another year or two in the cellar, but I can't see additional improvement. Very tasty.

December 30, 2010 - Very good. Fresh, crisp oak on the nose. Crisp apple flavor. Smooth finish.

September 27, 2010 - A nice, light, golden yellow color. Beeswax, lemony citrus, flowers, minerals, and a bit of honey on the nose. Medium to full body with tart acidity. Lush on the palate with a nice mixture of white fruit, minerals, and citrus with some apricot on the palate. Nice finish with a bit of nice biting bitterness. Drinking VERY nicely.
