February 19, 2021 - Still fresh and spritzy and has just entered into its drinking prime. Apple, citrus and floral - very Eden like wine and everything is in place, nothing out of proportion. Good structure and acidity implies it can go for at least another 5+ years. Great with sushi and sashimi.

March 29, 2019 - Astonishingly fresh. Light straw, touch of green. Like flavoured spring water, bright mouth watering acidity, lime and lemon, green apple. White flowers. Good length. Major value.

April 9, 2018 - NobleRottersSydney - aging Riesling (360 Bar & Dining, Sydney): {screwcap, 12.5%} [Glenn] Finally, a Riesling seemingly near the peak of development, despite a distinct green flash still evident in the colour! Apples and citrus, in that refreshing Eden valley way; not properly aged, but glowing with development and still promising potential. Lots of still-spritzy acid. A pure melange of citrus-spectrum flavours without being overwhelmed by any single (ie lemon) character. Medium-bodied, with a long, dry, crisp finish. Wine of the night for current drinking. But, no rush; this ought to be lovely for another decade at least.
