April 13, 2024 - One hour in glass before drinking. Light golden yellow color. Grapefruit, gardenia, pear, marshmallow root, and subtle green onion. Dry palate, with good acidity. Elegant and elevated, but not my style. 94% SB and 6% Semillon

April 13, 2024 - Powerful wine, lots of fruit on the palate. Citrus but also stone fruits, bright acidity. Noticeable oak throughout. Grassiness of Sauv Blanc more difficult to detect because it is such a big wine.
