August 4, 2010 - Still not very good. Over the hill? Tasted good in 2005.

May 15, 2009 - Barnyard funky notes all over the nose of this. The nose made me nervous, but the wine tasted fine. I was struck by nice acidity and cherry notes and a great, even evolution of the flavors across the palate. They don't change a whole lot, but they grow well, and that makes for a ncie experience. The flavors were a little simple though, and the barnyard notes contributed to this not scoring higher.

May 15, 2009 - Old Oregon Pinot Noir RUMBLEMATCH (Dan's house): Candied, sweet red berry nose. Almost syrupy. Red berries dominate the palate with a salami note hidden in the background. Peppery leading into the finish, this feels young for 2001. I would think this was much younger, a 2004 perhaps. Bright and vibrant, almost sweet compared to the previous wines. Medium length in the finish, very good overall. Scored #5 out of 8 bottles in voting amongst our group.

March 24, 2007 - Picked this to match up with coq au vin based on Babnik's notes and they were right on. Starts out with cherry cola and blueberry and turns into a smoky bacon flavor, interesting loved the smokeyness. This wine has a good amount of acidity but just a little too hot to be balanced and complement the food.

April 1, 2005 - Agree with last note initally little there. Some cherry cola on the nose and palate. Though didnt give it much time. Unremarkable.
