June 2, 2017 - Drunk at the Fine Wine Experience Mature California and Australian Wines from the Cellar of John Avery Dinner at Flint Bar and Grill, JW Marriott Hong Kong. Amazing freshness, acid and minerality. You would not pick this for a Californian Chardonnay, nor one that was 36 years old. The Avery Cellar provenance is key here I think.
