January 15, 2024 - Grand champagne. Un nez lumineux sur les fruits blancs (mirabelle) très pur et profond. Bouche avec de la puissance et de la complexité sans lourdeur portée sur le fruit. Peut être que l’âge apportera un peu de patine mais c’est déjà magnifique. Un grand vin

January 9, 2024 - Mandarin, Kohlrabi, yeast, honey, and lactic notes like milk/cream. Fine mousse, loads of concentration and long finish. Very very nice.

November 28, 2023 - Hugely expressive on the nose. Layers of nutty tarte tatin, smoke, chalk. Rich and elegant with well cut definition. Lovely palate intensity, vibrant acidity. Tows the line between richness and refinement perfectly. Long mineral and baked apple finish. Just delicious now but will improve.
